WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?

DirectFloral does not require a minimum dollar purchase and there are no additional fees for small product orders. We do ask that you purchase the minimum amount of each item you select.

HOW ARE SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATED?

SHIPPING IS FOB AKRON, OHIO. We ship our packages via different carriers to provide the best rates available to our customers. Freight costs will be calculated at the time of shipment based on weight, dimension, distance and delivery category. Due to the wide variety of our products most total freight costs are not known until the order has shipped. Estimated freight quotes are available on request. Large orders may qualify for freight considerations.

Freight quotes are available on request as well as special freight considerations on certain large volume customers and orders.

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Yes, we do. Rush delivery service is available via FedEx Priority Overnight®, FedEx 2Day®, and FedEx Express Saver®, all at charges greater than ground service. Please remember that most rush delivery charges are based on dimensional weight or real weight (whichever is greater) and result in significantly higher freight charges.

CAN I USE MY FED-EX OR UPS SHIPPER NUMBER?

We will be happy to bill your FedEx® or UPS shipping number. Please provide this information in the special Notes section of the internet order, or advise your customer service representative when placing a phone order. (Note: We will not be able to calculate your shipping charges as your discounts are exclusive to you and will not calculate on the FedEx® estimate system)

Our Primary method of shipping is via FedEx®. Other carriers are available including, but not limited to, the United States Postal Service™ (USPS™), UPS, and common carrier freight lines for larger orders. 

HOW FAST WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders placed and confirmed Monday - Friday before noon eastern time, ship the same day.** Orders placed after noon eastern time, ship the next business day. Orders placed Saturday before 3 PM eastern time, ship the next business day.**

The number of delivery days is based on the number of business days following the day of shipment (not including Saturday, Sunday, or holidays). This approximation may vary, and weather-related delays or other unforeseen circumstances can delay the order.

****If you are a first time customer with DirectFloral.com, you will receive a confirmation call if you have entered special instructions in the “order note” section of the shopping cart, or an item you selected is not available and is not noted in the item description. If all items are in stock and you do not need any special shipping method or shipping estimate, the order will be processed and shipped within one business day.

WHAT IF I HAVE DAMAGES/PROBLEMS

We handle all problems and damages on an individual basis. It is important that your order is inspected in a timely manner and any concerns reported to customer service as soon as possible.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of "in-stock" merchandise, you may return it to us in new condition and in its original packaging for a product refund. Before sending a return, please contact our Customer Service Department for return information. Buyer is responsible for return freight charges when products are not defective.

WHY DO WE ASK FOR YOUR EMAIL?

If we have your email address, you will receive an email with your tracking number from Fed-Ex or UPS and we can email you a receipt for your order as soon as the order is invoiced. We do not share or sell your personal information.
